Melodyne doesn't do auto-tune. It does do pitch-correction but not live. One of the cheapest plugins that does auto-tune that I know of is Izotope's Nectar Elements. If you do a lot of work with vocals, I'd recommend getting the full Nectar 2 Suite as it gives you more control as well as a lot more functions, options, and effects.
